All FLC students are selected through a lottery process. Applications are due at specific dates the semester prior and follow set procedures. Come to the clinic fair, offered each semester, to learn more about the clinics. The prerequisites for FLC are all first-year day courses; Evidence; and Professional Responsibility. We also recommend you take Family Law. The FLC is a six-credit graded course that gives you credit towards the experiential learning requirement.
