  • Twenty hours of pro bono service, as part of the Pro Bono Challenge.
  • Eight hours of Legal Professional Development Institute (LPDI) programming. Select additional programs offered by the LCDO will satisfy this requirement.*
  • Ten hours of career development skills training. LCDO programming on job search skills and/or career exploration will satisfy this requirement. Select law school events and student-organized programs will be approved for the certificate program each semester.*
  • Attendance at two approved bar association, Inns of Court, and other legal professional association meetings or events off-campus.
  • Completion of two 30 minute mentoring meetings.

*Members of the Classes of 2013 and 2014 need to complete 4 hours of LPDI programming and  4 hours of career development skills training.
