In addition to hosting public interest employers during our on-campus recruitment programs, the Law Career Development Office sponsors and facilitates student participation in numerous regional and national public interest career job fairs.
University of Baltimore/University of Maryland Public Service Career Fair
Public sector employers throughout the state attend our joint Public Service Career Fair to recruit candidates for summer and fall internships.
Equal Justice Works (EJW) Conference and Career Fair
Held in Northern Virginia, this 2-day event is the largest public interest career fair in the country, and is attended by the leading nonprofit organizations and government agencies. In addition to interviews and table talks, the EJW Conference and Career Fair offers a multitude of skill-building and career advising sessions with experts from around the country.
DC/Baltimore Public Service Career Fair
This fair is a partnership between the University of Baltimore School of Law and 7 other area law schools. Hosted at George Mason Antonin Scalia Law School, it features a host of local, state and federal public service employers. The fair includes on-site interviews as well as resume-collection and table talk opportunities with government and non-profit employers across the US.
