New regional rates beginning in Fall 2018
If you are not a Maryland resident but live in one of the following out-of-state areas, you may be eligible for in-state tuition and fees:
- Washington, D.C.
- Northern Virginia: Arlington, Loudoun, Fairfax and Prince William counties and Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park
- Pennsylvania: Adams, York and Lancaster counties
- Delaware: all counties.
The new regional rate saves full-time students $14,242 per year and saves part-time students $8,820 per year. Students may also be eligible to receive a scholarship based on their academic credentials.
|Part-Time (9 credits per semester)||$32,024||$23,204||$8,820|
|Part-Time (12 credits per semester)||$42,666||$30,906||$11,760|
Tuition rates and savings are based on 2017-2018 tuition rates.
If you are an out-of-state student interested in discovering whether you qualify for the new regional rate, complete the online form for a pre-admission review.
Pre-admission review of residency is not an offer of admission to the School of Law. Applicants must complete the regional residency portion of the application for admission. An official residency decision will be made at the time of admission.
