A: Yes. The old exams are now on the University of Baltimore Network's S: drive. From off-campus, students should log into their network account at http://myub.ubalt.edu, and once there, access the S: drive; then go to the folder “Law Library.” Once there, they will see a folder for “Exams” and one for “Forms” and they will want to go into the “Exams” folder. The folder is broken into subfolders for each course/legal topic, and under each, there are subfolders for instructors teaching the course. Clicking on an instructor' name should open the folder to reveal the available exams, generally in either Word and/or WordPerfect format.
A: Call the OTS Help number at 410-837-6262.
A: For the exams, the ones which are in the system as text files (with a .txt suffix) should be viewable. Exams that are in MS Word may be viewable within the web browser, along with .rtf format files, but WordPerfect format file (with the suffix .wpd) will not be, as neither word processing program is loaded on these terminals. And even if a file is viewable within the web browser, it will not be editable. Use the PC lab on the 4th floor, or other PC labs on campus for best campus access, to save files for modification/filling in the blanks, etc.
