The Charles Crane Family Foundation has renewed its support of the University of Baltimore School of Law Center for Families, Children and the Courts' Truancy Court Program. The foundation has been a consistent supporter of the program's goal of providing therapeutic interventions for students who are truant but who still have academic, social and emotional connections to their schools.

Renowned orthopedic surgeon James Andrews will deliver a keynote presentation, "Why Are There So Many Injuries to Our Young Athletes?"
On Nov. 4, the University of Baltimore School of Law's fourth annual "Bay in Crisis: Saving the Chesapeake Bay" symposium will answer questions about the bay's use as an energy source by both traditional and alternative energy producers.
