Welcome from the Office of Law Admissions
The School of Law offers admission to the traditional full time day division as well as the part time day and the part time evening divisions. Applicants must choose a division when completing their application. Admitted applicants may be allowed to change their division with the approval of the Associate Director of Admissions.
For the class entering in the Fall of 2009 the School of Law expects to enroll approximately 270 students in the combined full time and part time day divisions and an additional 70 students in the evening division. Applicants to the full time day division who do not meet the admissions criteria may be offered admission into a part time day division. The admissions committee considers a number of factors when reviewing applications. These include LSAT score, undergraduate GPA, personal statement, resume and recommendations. Applicants should fully discuss any factors they believe to be relevant in evaluating the application in their personal statement .
