Article Submission

To submit articles for review for possible publication, please email your article,
a cover letter, and curriculum vitae or resume to ublawreview@ubalt.edu.  Although
email submission is preferred, you may also mail a copy of your manuscript to:

Our article review process begins in February and continues through September.  Spring and summer submission is preferred.

Publication is limited to articles by written by law school professors, judges,
and legal practitioners.

Submitted manuscripts should conform to Microsoft Word 2000 or other compatible
file format.  Articles are published in accordance with The Blue Book, A Uniform
System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

JUDICIARY ISSUE


Judges may submit writings in the form of articles, commentaries, poems, short stories, and memoirs for publication in our Special Judiciary Issue.  Writings may be of any length, not to exceed 300 footnotes or 60 pages, and may concern any topic, including but not limited to lessons learned from the bench, memoirs from law school, and commentaries on current events.  Pieces submitted prior to September 2008 will be considered for publication in Volume 38.  Publications received between September 2008 and September 2009 will be considered for publication in Volume 39.
