Professor Fryer has been a patent attorney for over 40 years, and a faculty member at the University of Baltimore for over 24 years. He has also been the adviser to the Intellectual Property Law Journal since its inception in 1992. During this time he has shared his intelligence and legal experience with many Executive Boards. He has listened to many ideas, and proposed some of his own. He has steered us away from many potential problems and mistakes, and towards resolutions and corrections.

Professor Fryer profile

For all these reasons, the Volume 13 Executive Board, in the course of updating our website, wanted to dedicate a page to Professor Fryer in recognition of the invaluable role he has played in the functioning of the Intellectual Property Law Journal.
