Write-On Competition
Law students who are interested in joining the staff of the University of Baltimore Intellectual Property Law Journal are required to have a GPA of at least 2.85, have at least three semesters of law school remaining, and complete a competition packet available for the Spring Consolidated Write-on (must be a first year-day student or first or second year evening student to participate) or the Fall special exception. The Fall special exception consists of a Bluebook editing section and a casenote review for a recent court decision in the Intellectual Property field. Spring Consolidated Write-On packets are available on the UB Law School Homepage and on the Consolidated Write-On Competition website around finals and are generally due two weeks following the completion of the law school finals period.
