Tax Practice & Procedure (Graduate Tax Program)
Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Blair was a trial attorney with the Tax Division of the Department of Justice, where he represented the United States in tax controversy matters. He also served as a trial attorney with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, where he was hired under the Attorney General's Honors Program.
Professor Blair earned his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. After graduation, he was a Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Professor Blair is a member of the New York, Georgia, District of Columbia and Maryland bars.
