Sellers Celebrates Dual Achievements in International Law

Mortimer Sellers, University System of Maryland Regents Professor in the University of Baltimore School of Law and director of the school's Center for International and Comparative Law, delivered the opening address of the Society of the Cincinnati American Revolution Institute's Symposium, "The European Enlightenment, France and the Formation of the United States Constitution," on Oct. 19. He is also preparing to assume the presidency of the American Branch of the International Society for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy, following the group's meeting at UB on Oct. 25-27.
